We finally have all of our Christmas decorations put away and the winter (snowman) decorations out. I love to put little things out each season to decorate the house in order to make it seem a little festive and "homey." I actually got the idea from Chris' mom because she always decorates according to the season. Anyway, my mom and I went shopping the Saturday after Christmas to buy new Christmas and winter decorations (I was tired of my old hand-me-downs.) So, I've spent the last few days putting those up around the house. Chris is working this week, so the kids and I have had a lot of time together at home. We've enjoyed just hanging out and taking time to relax. Thankfully, we've been blessed with a good health so far except for a few minor colds.
Now that Christmas is over and it's on to the new year, I wanted to share some of our recent photos. I didn't have any time to scrapbook this year, so I decided to put together a scrapbook on Shutterfly. I know it'll cost a pretty penny, but I'd rather do that then get further behind. So, here are a few photos of our family this Christmas season.

The kids opening presents on Christmas morning. Gavin got a Spider Man umbrella. I think an umbrella was a popular gift among 2-year olds this Christmas. I think several of Gavin's buddies brought new umbrellas to church on Sunday!

Morgan gets a new Ipod for Christmas. I hope he takes care of it!

All of the grandkids on my side of the family.
